Each session begins with a brief discussion so we can shape the practice together—honoring what you need in that moment and offering movement that aligns with your experience. While the appointment block is 30 minutes, it can be adjusted to best fit your schedule and needs. My intention is to create a space of ease and connection, offering a practice that supports you beyond the screen.
