This is a private, one-on-one virtual meditation, a space designed to center your needs and support your journey toward calm and awareness. No experience is required—only a willingness to arrive as you are.

Each session begins with a brief conversation so we can shape the practice around what matters most to you. While the standard appointment block is 20 minutes, it can be adjusted to honor your scheduling needs. This is your time—gentle, intentional, and focused on creating space for stillness and restoration.
