This private in-person yoga experience offers a dedicated space for you to connect more deeply with your body through guided, one-on-one support. Practicing together in the same space allows for a more attentive and responsive flow—where your movement, breath, and experience are met in real time.
Each session begins with a brief conversation, giving us time to understand what you need and how you're arriving that day. From there, we shape a practice that supports your body and honors your pace—whether you're seeking grounding, release, strength, or restoration. With your consent, gentle hands-on guidance may be incorporated to support alignment and deepen your awareness throughout the practice.
All sessions are offered as 60-minute experiences, allowing enough space to settle in, move intentionally, and close with care. To ensure we can thoughtfully secure a practice space, sessions are booked at least two weeks in advance.
